Inclusion Seekers… Empowering communities to create more inclusive lives and local connections with people with disabilities and their families.
It’s no surprise, people with disabilities face a greater degree of social isolation. This not only impacts people themselves, but their families as well. We believe that most people have the capacity to take action to solve this problem on their block, in their workplace, their school or faith community. All it takes is a sense of neighborliness, and a willingness to act outside of social services, outside of volunteerism, or beyond simple donations. Inclusion Seekers look for ways that everyone can experience the warmth, safety, and benefits of being named and known by ordinary, everyday people around them….That’s You!
