Learning and Partnerships

Who Is It For?

Our learning experience is for people and organizations interested in building stronger relationships and more connected communities.

This includes:

  • Direct Support Professionals
  • Families and family organizations
  • Educators and nonprofit professionals
  • State and national disability organizations
  • Businesses, faith communities, and neighborhood groups
  • People who want to build more connected communities

You do not need a particular role or background to take part in this work, just a willingness to learn, participate, and connect with others.

What You Can Expect

Learning here is grounded, relational, and practical.

Participants experience:

  • Actionable learning
Concrete tools and ideas rooted in real-world practice and lived experience

  • Stories that expand possibility
Authentic stories that reveal what is possible when people are truly connected

  • Facilitated, relational sessions
Conversations that invite reflection, dialogue, and meaningful next steps

  • A clear path to action
Strategies to build, strengthen, and sustain relationships in everyday community life

Demonstrated impact

On average, six new people are added to personal social networks through community efforts, and 97% of participants report increased knowledge and confidence in building community

Participants leave with a new way of seeing their communities and a clearer sense of how they can help build belonging. This work has shaped organizations, strengthened neighborhoods, and changed lives.

If you are interested in bringing a Learning Experience to your organization or exploring a partnership, we would love to connect.
